$10 per class or $80 for 10 classes.

Saturday at 11am there is a donation only class.

Family Yoga never exceeds $20 per family.

Class Descriptions:

  • Anusara-Inspired: Safe and precise instructions, creating an atmosphere that helps to increase strength, vitality, flexibility, and joy.
  • Beginning: No experience necessary. For those students just starting their yoga or fitness practice. Individual guidance for all students is offered.
  • Gentle Yoga: No experience necessary. For those students who desire a very gentle yoga practice. Those who cannot easily move up and down off the floor will be offered chairs to assist in their practice. Individual guidance for all students is offered.
  • Kids Yoga/Family Yoga: A practice for yogis of all ages and all levels. Come with your children or drop them off. All are welcome. Kids/Family Yoga is the second Saturday of each month. The fee is never more than $20 per family
  • Level I: A class with more flow than beginning, but less intense than Level I/II. All students welcome.
  • Level I / II: We practice yoga poses using flow, strength building and flexibility. Individual guidance for all students is offered.
  • Level II: We practice yoga poses using flow, strength building and flexibility. More intense balance poses and inversions will be taught. Not recommended for beginners. Individual guidance for all students is offered.
  • Pre-Natal Yoga: A gentle, joyful and informative class for all stages of pregnancy. No experience necessary.
  • Shimmy! A fun fitness class incorporating elements of belly-dancing, zumba as well as other ancient and modern feminine moves. No experience necessary.
  • Triple Bliss Meditation: Powerful mindfulness practice including chant (no obligation to sing), asana, and guided resting mindfulness. More info
  • Yin Yoga: A class with an opportunity to deeply stretch the body for alignment and peace.
  • Yoga Nidra Meditation: Powerful guided mindfulness practice done in a stationary position - seated or laying. More info
