New Student Information


We encourage students of all levels to attend our classes. This information is provided to help you get the most out of your experience at Breathe Yoga, whether you have been practicing for decades or are just trying yoga for the first time.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move without any constraints and make sure your stomach in not full.
  • Bring your own yoga mat, or you can borrow one of ours for your first class.
  • Please come 10 minutes early to your first class to fill out the necessary forms (see below).
  • Please bring check or cash only, please.

First time students:
Please complete and sign a copy of our Waiver Form (PDF) before your first class.
